Architectural Guide

Process and Submission

All changes or additions to the exterior of your home must be requested through the submission of the Architectural Application, the list of forms are below.

Forms can be emailed to assistant@pbphoa.com However, please note, there may be items that cannot be sent directly and need to be dropped off at the office to begin processing. In the application, there is a detailed checklist of what is needed. Please read this carefully.

 

You will be notified by the Architectural Review Committee of the Approval or Disapproval of your request for the change/ modification within thirty (30) days of submission of a COMPLETE application. An application is only considered complete if every item on the checklist is received by management.

General Guidelines

Please refer to the ARC Improvement Guidelines for a detailed overview of guidelines.

Please note, changes or modifications which you are requesting may not:

  1. Interfere with or obstruct any easements on your property or adjoining property.

  2. Damage landscaping on your property, that of a neighbor, or the common grounds of the Association.

  3. Damage irrigation on your property, that of a neighbor, or the common grounds of the Association. If you do so, you are responsible for all repairs. All irrigation work and inspections must be performed by the Association irrigation contractor.

  4. Cause a nuisance or interference with the peace or privacy of the other people in the community.

  5. Be performed by unlicensed contractors.

  6. Be performed without the required permits from all applicable government agencies.

  7. Must be started and completed in a timely manner.
